Advancing DE&I with Mogul
As part of Ingredion’s continued commitment to gender-parity and a diverse workforce, we recently joined Mogul, a talent community and job platform specializing in connecting women and diverse talent with potential job opportunities and resources to aid in networking and career development. Mogul’s technological network and extensive community will expand our outreach to women and diverse candidates from rising talent to senior executives worldwide.
“With Mogul’s platform, we’re excited to highlight our commitment to increasing female representation in our workforce and focus on diversity and inclusion,” said David DelRosario, director of global talent acquisition. “Working with Mogul, a company that shares the same passion as Ingredion on gender equality in the workforce, is exciting.”
Ingredion was first introduced to Mogul in late 2019 through a Women of Ingredion (WIN) sponsored event in Bridgewater, NJ. Mogul’s CEO and founder, Tiffany Pham, presented on women overcoming barriers to execution. The event included Pham’s sharing of her experiences and the obstacles she overcame to build her business. She discussed the importance of taking personal accountability and ownership of your career growth by finding your purpose. Other key takeaways included being open to learning, the importance of networking and having the courage to find your inner voice and trust in your instincts. The event concluded with a book signing of her best-selling book, Girl Mogul.
“I am thrilled to see the collaboration between Ingredion and Mogul come to fruition,” said Lizette Vazquez, senior director HR global innovation, strategy and global specialties. “After attending Mogul X in 2019 and having Tiffany as a guest speaker at our global innovation site, I was eager to forge a relationship to advance our equity agenda at Ingredion.”
