In honor of World Food Day, the employees at our manufacturing facility in London, Ontario, Canada organized a food drive challenge. They split into five teams to see which team could collect the most food. Collectively, the teams donated 1,622 pounds of food to the London Food Bank, with Team 2 leading the way by donating 489 pounds.

As an incentive, the company offered to sponsor lunch from a local food truck chosen by the winning team. However, Team 2 members generously requested that the funds for the food truck be donated back to the London Food Bank. In addition to the food donation, Team 2 members presented a check for $750 to Jane Roy, executive director of the London Food Bank.

“We have a saying: you can’t do everything, but you can do something, and you guys did a whole lot of something!” said Roy, thanking the team for their efforts in supporting the London Food Bank.
