Ingredion received high scores of A- in Climate Change and Water Security from the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP)for its 2023 report. CDP is a globally recognized non-profit that is considered the gold standard for environmental reporting. Ingredion’s latest grade in Climate Change improved on the prior year when the Company received a B.
CDP highlighted Ingredion’s efforts with the supply chain and manufacturing process for RebM to help make it a low-emissions product and called out the low water intensity process used at the Company’s Vanscoy, Canada facility. CDP’s recognition of Ingredion speaks volumes about our environmental leadership, investor confidence, risk mitigation and innovation and resilience.
