Ingredion’s Bridgewater Idea Labs^® location has been selected as a 2024 Top Workplace in New Jersey

With more than 250 food scientists, engineers, commercial technical experts and other professionals, the Bridgewater Idea Labs^® global innovation center serves as the Company’s research and development and customer co-creation headquarters. Top Workplaces is the United States’ leading employer recognition program. On average, fewer than 3% of eligible organizations are selected as Top Workplaces winners based on the results of their employee engagement survey. 

According to the results of this survey taken by employees late last year, 91% agreed that Ingredion operates by strong values. When asked to describe the culture at Bridgewater, the most common responses included “inclusivity, collaboration and innovation.”
