T. Kenneth Escoe
T. Kenneth Escoe is executive vice president of specialty products at Illinois Tool Works Inc. (ITW), a Fortune 500 global industrial manufacturer, a role he has held since 2020. In this position, he leads a $1.8 billion portfolio of global manufacturing businesses serving industrial and consumer markets. He enhances performance through a broad range of commodity and specialty businesses, driving portfolio optimization, operational excellence and growth initiatives. As group president of ITW's global packaging platform, he has experience with large food and beverage CPG customers across North America, Europe, and Asia. He transformed the supply chain to replace virgin plastic with industry-leading post-consumer recycled content for packaging solutions across the beer, carbonated soft drink, and non-alcoholic beverage segments.
Escoe joined ITW in 2014 and has held leadership roles across welding, packaging and specialty products. Prior to ITW, he co-founded Energy Growth Partners and served as vice president of business development at Apex Tool Group, where he led the company’s global M&A program, and held commercial and marketing roles at Danaher Corporation.
He serves on the Board of Directors of United Way of Metropolitan Chicago and on the advisory board of the George W. Woodruff School of Mechanical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
