Dwayne A. Wilson
Dwayne Wilson brings over 35 years of senior management experience to the Board. He has extensive knowledge in the areas of manufacturing, technology, operational and safety excellence, engineering, construction and corporate governance.
Mr. Wilson most recently served as senior vice president of Fluor Corporation, a leading $18 billion engineering and construction company, where he spent decades in executive and leadership roles of increasing responsibility. During his tenure at Fluor, Mr. Wilson served as president of a number of business segments, including president and CEO of Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, group president of industrial and infrastructure, president of mining and metals, and president of manufacturing and life sciences. Earlier in his career, he held several roles in manufacturing, commercial and project management.
He is currently an independent director on the board of Crown Holdings, Inc, a global leader in metal packaging technology, DT Midstream, an owner, operator and developer of natural gas pipelines, and Sterling Infrastructure Inc., a market leader in e-infrastructure, building and transportation solutions.
